Up to 4 days before arrival, cancellation is free and the deposit will be refunded minus the insurance fee. From 3 to 1 day before arrival, the deposit will be retained and it will not be possible to postpone the stay using the deposit for this booking. In case of cancellation the day before arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. We accept payments in cash (within legal limits), with debit cards, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer, as long as it is credited to our account before the arrival date. Please note that presenting printouts of bank transfer authorizations or CRO numbers will not be considered a valid guarantee.
